1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands.

  • Mainland UK: Standard delivery available.
  • Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: Longer transit times may apply.
  • International: We offer international shipping to some locations.

2. Shipping Costs

We believe in clear pricing with no hidden fees at checkout:

  • Standard UK Shipping (Orders under £50): £5.99
  • Free Shipping: All UK orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • All prices shown include VAT where applicable.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

To ensure your order reaches you promptly, we adhere to the following schedule:

  • Handling Time: 1 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 1-2 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 2-3 Business Days

Note: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Age Verification on Delivery

As we sell age-restricted products (Alcohol), we strictly follow UK law:

  • Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy.
  • A valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) may be required upon delivery.
  • Parcels cannot be left in a "safe place" or with a minor. If no adult is present, the courier will attempt redelivery the following day.

5. Delivery Methods & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly via the courier's website. We primarily use DPD.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass), please contact us at info@laplandiavodka.uk within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us. If the order has already left our warehouse, please refer to our Refund Policy.
