Refund policy

Eligibility:

  • You may return most items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions:

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Where our refund process hasn't been followed

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.   


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund, please:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).   
  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.

Exchanges:

  • We only exchange defective or damaged items (e.g., corked wine).
  • To request an exchange for the same item, please email us using our contact form.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.   

Shipping:

  • To return a product, please contact us and we will provide a return address. 
  • The bottles must be returned in the original packaging, or we must be notified if this is not possible.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
    If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
