Refund policy

- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

Exchanges:
- We only exchange defective or damaged items (e.g., corked wine).
- To request an exchange for the same item, please email us using our contact form.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping:
- To return a product, please contact us and we will provide a return address.
- The bottles must be returned in the original packaging, or we must be notified if this is not possible.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. - Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
